Joe Cocker's House

Crawford, Colorado (CO), US
The rock/blues singer, who came to popularity in the 1960's, and is most known for his gritty voice, his idiosyncratic arm movements while performing, and his cover versions of popular songs, particularly those of "The Beatles", lives here. He is the recipient of several awards, including a 1983 Grammy Award for his song "Up Where We Belong", a duet which he performed with Jennifer Warnes. The residence has been described as a 17,000 sq ft English manor (locals call it a castle) of cut stone with arched windows and massive rooms filled with antiques and artwork.
