John T. Amend is the founder and President of The Amend Group, a commercial real estate solutions company. Since the Company’s inception in 1989, The Amend Group has evolved from a tenant representation firm to an integrator of real estate services including tenant brokerage, architecture/interior design, construction management, and project management.

Prior to forming The Amend Group, John served as a Certified Public Accountant with a national accounting firm, as the president of a finance company and as a development partner with one of the world’s largest real estate companies. In 1983, he channeled his energy towards expanding the real estate services industry, overseeing the formation and growth of The Staubach Company.
