John Stark is Chairman and CEO of Stark Carpet Corp, a company founded by his parents. A golfing buddy of Donald Trump, Stark also owns a 12-room penthouse unit on the 46th and 47th floors of the Excelsior building in Midtown Manhattan. He and his socialite wife, Andrea, moved in after living at the Waldorf-Astoria.
