Mr. Ripp served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Time Warner Inc., from July 1999 to January 2001. Mr. Ripp served as an Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Time Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Time Warner Inc. from April 1994 to July 1999. He joined America Online Inc., in January 2001. He served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of America Online Inc., from January 2001 to September 2002. He serves as the Chairman of Journal Register Co. He serves as Vice Chairman and Director of AOL, LLC and Lighthouse International. He served as Vice Chairman of America Online Inc. a subsidiary of America Online Latin America Inc. from September 2002 to December 20, 2004 and oversaw its Technology, Network Operations, Marketing, Member Service, Human Resources and Legal matters. Mr. Ripp served as a Director of The Advertising Council, Inc. He served as a Director of Greenfield Online, Inc. from September 2005 to October 9, 2008. He served as a Director of Time Warner Entertainment Company, L.P. He served as a Director of America Online Latin America Inc., from April 2002 to December 20, 2004 and America Online Inc., until December 20, 2004. He is a Member of the Board of Trustees of Manhattan College. He serves as Honorary Director of The Advertising Council, Inc. He serves as the Chairman of the finance committees of a Better Chance and the Advertising Educational Foundation. Mr. Ripp holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Manhattan College in 1973 and Master of Business Administration from the Bernard M. Baruch College of the City University of New York in 1978.
