Source? Can't find any indication they've ever owned this house. Blockshopper shows it's currently owned by a Sabrina Silvers, who comes from a wealthy Beverly Hills family.

On the 8/14/13 episode, Flagg refers to the street the house is on (Marcheeta), the amount paid for the house ($2.35M) and an photo was shown of Flagg and Thorne in front of the house. The prior week's episode showes the two walking around the property.
