Julia Roberts' House

The veteran actress is expanding her Malibu holdings. She paid $6.84M in cash through a trust for this Point Dume property in December 2015. Her longtime main residence is directly across the street.

According to the link below, Roberts was trying to acquire this property since mid-2014, but the sellers would not or could not close the escrow, leading to Roberts' trust filing a lawsuit against them.

Roberts also owns properties in Pacific Palisades, New York City, Hawaii, and New Mexico, some of which are also featured on this site.
