Julio Iglesias' House

Julio Iglesias is a Spanish singer and songwriter whose romantic image, magnetic stage presence, and expressive music made him one of the best-selling artists of all time. He is the father of singer Enrique Iglesias.

In early 2012, Iglesias purchased the property next door to his two vacant lots, where his former home once stood, from the estate of Baltimore developer Paul Frederick Obrecht.
