Jun Liang's House

Jun Liang is a high-end house flipper. In 2006, he sold a large home in Bradbury, CA for $5.3 million. Two months later he sold another large home in the Whispering Pines gated community of Arcadia, CA for $5.2 million, making himself a multi-million dollar profit on these two properties.

Liang purchased this unfinished 7,400 sq. foot home in 2010. He also still owns a two-acre vacant lot in nearby Bradbury Estates that he has yet to develop.
