Apparently there used to be a grass, and sometimes occupied by cattle, air strip called Drewery right near here. No longer. The road map shows, immediately to the southwest, a residential-looking neighborhood which can be seen in June 2006 satellite imagery as unpaved and unbuilt upon.
My guess: in 2010 this water tower will have been removed because it doesn't jive with the new Starbucks nearby or all of the Suburban Sprawl surrounding this location.
BUILD EVERYWHERE!!!
