'Kaufmann House' by Richard Neutra

Commissioned by Edgar J. Kaufmann Sr., the Pittsburgh department store magnate who had commissioned Frank Lloyd Wright about a decade earlier to build Fallingwater, the house was designed as a desert retreat from harsh Pennsylvania winters.

The home has had several owners including Barry Manilow.

Finally, purchased and delicately restored by Brent and Beth Harris whose divorce is causing the sale of this iconic dwelling.
