Warren is the billionaire founder and head of Energy Transfer Partners, a pipeline empire. As of February 2015, Forbes ranks him among the 75 richest Americans, worth an estimated $6.5 billion.

He purchased this 26,620 sqft mansion in 2009 for a reported $29 million. Former owner was Lawrence Lacerte, CEO of Exponent Technologies.
