('Hydra''), a then subsidiary of Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation of Syracuse, New York. Prior to serving with Hydra, he held positions with Tidewater, Inc. and with Texaco, Inc. He is a member of ICSC. Mr. Cannon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Juris Doctorate from the University of Kansas.

The purchase price was $2,195,000, but the 4,740 square foot home is now valued at $1,578,600. The home, overlooking Skaneateles Lake in the Finger Lakes region of New York, sits on 5.2 acres, plus comes with an additional 4 acre lot. It is a prime level waterfront estate with a boat house, irrigation system, permanent dock, and fire pit. The property also has mahogany and stone deck, with a built-in Viking grill.
