('Hydra''), a then subsidiary of Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation of Syracuse, New York. Prior to serving with Hydra, he held positions with Tidewater, Inc. and with Texaco, Inc. He is a member of ICSC. Mr. Cannon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Juris Doctorate from the University of Kansas.
