Kevin B. Kimberlin has been Chairman of the Board of Spencer Trask & Co., a venture capital investment banking company, since July 1991. Mr. Kimberlin is a co-founder of The Immune Response Corporation. Mr. Kimberlin was Secretary of Immune Response Corporation from November 1986 to September 1989; President of St. James Capital Corp., an investment company, from July 1991 to June 1994. Mr. Kimberlin was a co-founder of Myriad Genetics, Inc., the first human genome company and of Ciena Corporation, the first photonics company, and the General Partner of Next Level Communications, a leading broadband equipment company from January 1998 until its initial public offering in November 1999. He has been a Director of FAROUDJA, INC. since December 1995 and The Immune Response Corporation since 1986.
