King Willem-Alexander and Queen Máxima's house

This house belongs to the Dutch king Willem-Alexander and his wife, Queen Máxima.

The house was in the news because of the costly fence the royals decided to erect to protect the estate. It reportedly cost 461,000 euros to build. In order to construct it, the royals had to lease the neighbours land for a period of 30 years.

The Dutch royal couples was also criticized by the Greek media in 2009, when they put up a private harbour on the estate.
