The English artist and sculptor Henry Moore build this sculpture in 1966. In 1979 former chancellor Helmuth Schmidt let raise the sculpture in the garden of the Former Federal Chancellery in Bonn.
On the google maps image the sculpture is moved to the site of the entrance because of construction works.
