The founder and CEO of The Winthrop Group, a private consulting and research firm, owns these two adjacent homes. She also owns a third home, directly behind these two, which she purchased from Courtney Vance and Angela Bassett in 2008.

The three homes are located within the exclusive gated community of Fremont Place in Hancock Park. They have a combined total of around 13,700 sq. feet and were purchased for a total of approximately $6.55 million.
