Lauralee Bell's House

Lauralee Bell is a soap opera actress who was born into the Bell clan, one of the wealthiest families in Hollywood. Her late father William J. Bell and his wife Lee Phillip Bell created and produced some of the most successful soap operas of all time, including "The Young and the Restless" and "The Bold and the Beautiful".

Bell and her husband Scott Martin paid $5.8M for this Bel Air estate in 1999. She later paid $10 million to purchase the home of the late actress Majel Barrett-Roddenberry, her next door neighbor. She has since demolished Roddenberry's house and has expanded her estate with a new guesthouse in its place.
