Lauren Conrad's House (Former)

The reality star, who's known for starring in MTV reality shows Laguna Beach and The Hills bought this house in 2008 for $2.36 Million and sold it in 2011 for $2.25 Million at a loss. The house is a gated 1920’s Spanish-style estate with a traditional courtyard entry and orange stucco walls. The sprawling 3,000 square foot home boasts 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms with an additional detached guesthouse complete with it’s own bathroom.
