Leila Cristine Schuster was Miss Brazil in 1993 and represented that country in the Miss Universe beauty contest, which was held in Mexico. Leila was born in the city of Porto Alegre, in the state of Rio Grande do Sul. She finished seventh in the Miss Universe pageant.
In 2006 she attended a fashion design course at the prestigious Istituto Marangoni in Milan, Italy, and sucessively created her shirt line Miss Schuster.
This house served as the mansion of the character Alma in the popular Rede Globo telenovela Laços de Família.
