Look closer at the plume. Most of what you see if water vapour, if you look closely at the initial plume, you can see the blueish haze indicitive of sulphuric acid mist (SAM) from their new NOx reducing SCR. The majority is a steam plume, that goes pretty near to the county seat of Bedford, home of the Town and Country restaurant with the really neat neon sign. Source is adding additional controls for the SAM.
