Look just to the east about 100 feet from the sub's stern. It looks like a 'bubble' type sail off a different (Russian?) submarine.

That's an Ohio class sub, and the one to the west is the Los Angeles Class... 688i with littoral dive planes under the water on the bow instead of sail planes on the old 688
