The alternative rock singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, lives here. A founding member of the groups "Dinosaur Jr." and "Sebadoh", he is credited with helping to pioneer the lo-fi style of rock music in the late 1980's and early 1990's. He is widely considered to be among the most prolific and ground-breaking indie musicians of the 1990's. He purchased the 3-bed, 2-bath, 2,032 sq ft home in December of 1997 for $390K, according to public records.
