former facility of the Lustron Home manufacturing plant.

Before going bankrupt in 1950, they produced 2948 steel homes between 1948 - 1950 that were shipped all over the US.

Enameled steel panels and steel roof tiles created virtually maintenance free 2-3 bedroom homes during the post-war housing shortage.
