M.V. Kyles (1872)

Irvine, United Kingdom (GB)
Kyles is a coastal cargo vessel which was built by John Fullarton & Co., Merksworth Yard, Paisley, in 1872. She is a very old example of a West of Scotland-built iron ship and is representative of the type of small coastal steamers which carried much of Britain’s trade before heavy goods vehicles were introduced.
