Stock cars have raced here since 1986. It was originally a 1/3 mile dirt oval track for the first two years. The surface was paved before the 1988 season. In 2007, a 1/5 mile tri-oval was created in the infield for kart racing.

The track is currently NASCAR-sanctioned with several classes of cars racing here weekly.
