The Vice-Chairman of TCW, an asset management firm with over $135 billion in assets under management (as of 2012), owns these two adjacent homes in the exclusive Malibu Colony community. He purchased the house on the left in 2001, then the house on the right in 2010. He also owns another home and a vacant lot directly across the street that were purchased in 2006. Total price paid for the four properties was in excess of $45M.
