23 year old Pflugerville, TX resident, Mark Anthony Conditt has been identified as the serial bomber that had been terrorizing Austin, TX for nearly a month.
Conditt committed suicide, using one of his bombs, as police and SWAT surrounded his vehicle on 21 MAR 2018.
Conditt had been sending parcels rigged with explosives to predominantly black and Hispanic neighborhoods, which killed two and injured at least 4 others.
