Mary Parent's House

The former head of Universal Pictures purchased this home in November of 2007 for $5.98M. She purchased the property from the Emmy-winning television producer John Wells. It is also a former home of Charlie Chaplin, and was later purchased by filmmaker Cecil B. Demille and connected to his property directly to the East. The parcels were later split back apart.
