Maximillion Mazzone is a Managing Member of Gulfshore Capital Partners. He founded GCP after thirteen years as a financial advisor and private investor. Mr. Mazzone was previously a Vice President at William Blair & Company responsible for the firm's restructuring initiatives and prior to that he worked in the M&A Group at Credit Suisse First Boston where he provided corporate finance and M&A advice to some of the world's most notable corporations and private equity firms. Mr. Mazzone also held the positions of Senior Manager and Director in Arthur Andersen’s Corporate Finance practice where he worked for over seven years. Mr. Mazzone has advised on over $5 billion in mergers & acquisitions and over $2 billion in corporate restructuring transactions, both in and out of Chapter 11.
