Description: Gibson also has other properties in Malibu, including a 2,340-square-foot oceanfront house at 31310 Broad Beach Road, and the 2,610-square-foot house next door at 31302 Broad Beach Road, which he purchased in 2004 for $7.8 million, according to public records. In January, he transferred those properties to an entity called the BB309 Trust. It’s also unclear if that’s something that is still affiliated with Gibson. Could he have liquidated all of his holdings in Malibu, or is he merely rearranging the legal status of them?
