American race car driver Michael Andretti’s house is located in Fishers, Indiana near Indianapolis. Andretti purchased the house in 2009. Prior to living in Fishers, Michael lived in a mansion in his hometown of Nazareth, Pennsylvania next door to his famous father, Mario Andretti. Michael sold the Nazareth house to his son Marco Andretti for $2 million.

Following in his father’s footsteps, he was a successful CART and Formula One driver but has earned much of his fortune as the owner of the Andretti Autosport racing team, which has won four IndyCar Series championships and five Indianapolis 500 races.
Michael Andretti placed fifth in his Indianapolis 500 debut, sharing Rookie of the Year honors with Roberto Guerrero. He won his first IndyCar race in 1986 and finished as an incredibly close runner up to Bobby Rahal for total points on the season. His greatest success came in the 1991 CART Indy Car World Series, when he won 8 of 17 races and claimed the championship over Rahal in the final race. He retired from full-time racing in 2003, and made his final appearance at the Indianapolis 500 in 2007.
