Michael S. Smith & James Costos's House

Michael S. Smith is an interior designer who, most famously, was the White House decorator for President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama.

Smith's partner James Costos was President Obama's United States Ambassador to Spain and Andorra, splitting their time between this Palm Springs home and the U.S. Embassy in Madrid.

President Obama will be spending the weekend after his term ends, staying at the Smith/Costos house.
