those are flankers (Su-27)
mig 21's have short triangular wings, and a blunt nose with an intake nose cone inserted in it |

Likely to be MiG-29s. The Yemen air force has quite a few of them but no Su-27s that I'm aware of.

There are f-5 s north of the mig 29s with a couple of gazelles further north of that
