Mikael Agricola Church was built in 1933-1935. It was designed by Lars Sonck in a mix of Art Nouveau and Classicism, and the design also emphasizes Functionalism. The altarpiece was painted in 1935. The spire is 30 meters high, and it is retractable. It has been pulled in during the Second World War to avoid bombings.
