A 46 feet tall fiberglass sculpture of a "concrete" monster with red glowing eyes. It holds a stock car in it's right hand. It was dedicated in May 2008.
It is located outside of the demanding Dover International Speedway, which is known as the Monster Mile and has a concrete racing surface.
