Numerous revetments, pieces of military equipment & paved assembly areas within a sand berm with slit trenches along perimeter. Large accomodations/administration complex central and south of complex.

Recent news reports of a Tomahawk Missiles strike by U.S. and Arab Allies agains ISIL weapons storage - brought back from Iraq. This would appear to be the complex being discussed. Reported as "north of" Raqqa.
