The film producer and stepson of Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak quietly purchased this Trousdale Estates mansion in 2010 for $17.5M. The property had been recently redesigned by property developer Mohamed Hadid, but Aziz has now torn down the house and is now rebuilding it more to his liking.
Aziz's best friend Jho Low also owns a nearly $40M mansion in the nearby "Bird Streets", as well as several expensive properties in NYC.
