The actor Morris Chestnut paid $3.3M for the house that stood here and was demolished for the new structure. The old house had an area of 5,522 ft² (≈ 513 m²).
In 2017, it was reported that the house was bought by Eran & Lucie Moas. Eran Moas is an Israeli citizen who is described in online materials as an “Israeli communications technician” and a co-owner of a business called Skin Cancer Scanning LTD. He is also a conservationist: he supported the great ape conservation efforts in Cameroon.
Lucie Moas is Cameroonian.
They bought this freshly constructed 12,660 ft² (≈ 1,176 m²) for $12,100,000 last summer.
