The Grand River is the longest river in Michigan. It flows out of a hillside South of Jackson, Mi and within a mile of where the Kalamazoo starts.
It runs 260 miles through the cities of Jackson, Lansing, Grand Rapids, and Grand Haven, and the counties of Hillsdale, Jackson, Ingham, Eaton, Clinton, Ionia, Kent, and Ottawa before emptying into Lake Michigan. It flows through the cities of Jackson, Lansing, Portland, Lowell, Grand Rapids and Grand Haven before flowing into Lake Michigan.
