Perhaps the most popular casino in the south sound area, it is a favorite spot for tax-free cigarettes and legal fireworks. It is also the favorite scapegoat, along with other tribal casinos, of tax crusader Tim Eyman and other initiative pushers, who routinely insist that the limited autonomy of these minute, underdeveloped reservations is unfair to businesses and taxpayers.
