Nancy Rossman, in a family partnership, began to develop, operate and manage strip shopping centers and single tenant buildings in the 1970's. To date, this partnership has developed and either sold or retained ownership of shopping centers totaling over two million square feet. Through the mid 80s, Ms. Rossman was a principal of a large homebuilder, Residential Communities of American (RCA). RCA developed and built over 4,000 single-family homes. Currently she is a principal of two home building companies building in Central Florida - Hartford Homes, Inc., which builds homes from $90,000 to $250,000, and Osprey Custom Homes, Inc., which builds homes from the $500,000 to over $1,000,000 range. She is also a principal of Centre Construction Corp., a commercial construction company with certified WBE status. Centre Construction Corp. has completed jobs ranging from interior renovations to turnkey construction of new buildings. Ms. Rossman, along with her sister Ruth J. Rossman, continue to develop both residential and commercial land for their own account as well as for national and regional clients. Ms. Rossman has also served on the boards of Crown Bank and the Orlando Magic, Inc.
