The battle of Naseby was fought on 14 june 1645. On one side there was the King Charles I and his army (royalist about 7500 man commanded by Prince Ruperth oh Rheine), on the other side, the parlamentarian army (known as New Model Army about 13000 man) commanded by Sir Fairfax and Cromwell.
