Neil Kornsweit's House

Neil B. Kornswiet served as President of the Mortgage Division at Pacific Mercantile Bank since July 2010.

Mr. Kornswiet founded People's Choice Home Loan Inc. (predecessor of People's Choice Home Loan Securities Corp.), in 1999 and served as its Chief Executive Officer and President since May 2004.

Mr. Kornswiet served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Peoples Choice Financial Corporation, a subsidiary of People's Choice Home Loan, Inc. since May 2004.

Mr. Kornswiet served as Managing Director of UBS Investment Bank and was responsible for mortgage loan servicing, special mortgage loan servicing, and mortgage loan origination in the United States.

Mr. Kornswiet served as a Partner of McKenna, Conner and Cuneo specializing in corporate finance, consumer credit compliance, regulatory compliance, and operational matters for some of the largest financial institutions and investment banks in the country.

Prior to McKenna, Mr. Kornswiet served as an Associate with Cravath, Swaine & Moore in New York, specializing in corporate finance and general corporate matters. Prior to law school, Mr. Kornswiet also served for Arthur Andersen & Co. as a Staff Accountant.

He has a B.S.B.A. from The Ohio State University (summa cum laude) and J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center (cum laude).
