Dr. Neugebauer started his career in 1967 with Siemens AG in Munich as a Systems Analyst, subsequently cofounded SOFTLAB GmbH in 1971 and as its President and CEO built it to one of the largest German software companies with subsidiaries in Europe and the U.S.He sold the company in 1991 to the automobile manufacturer BMW AG.In 1994 Dr. Neugebauer cofounded NSE Inc., a US-based holding company to invest into US software companies seeking to enter the European market through NSE's sales and marketing force in Europe.Dr. Neugebauer worked as IT consultant for the federal state of Bavaria and for the German Government and is member of several industrial boards in Germany and the US including IT and Media industry.
