'No 1 Poultry' by Sir James Stirling
completed posthumously by Michael Wilford
the site was supposed to be a Mies van der Rohe skyscraper but the owner took too long to acquire the property required to realize the Mies building. This building took the removal of 9 "listed" buildings despite local outcry.
