This castle-like mansion in Miami Beach burned down in July 2009. Fire boats tried to extinguish the fire but it was destroyed. On BEV we only see the ruins now.

At the time of the incident the mansion was abandoned.Once it was owned by the owners of Windjammer Barefoot Cruises

Duplicate of http://virtualglobetrotting.com/map/bill-roedys-house/, but the north view of BEV shows the home post-fire and the east facing view shows pre-fire.
