Perhaps the horse farm is being constructed rather than torn down; however, by the outlines of the pastures and roads in the "demolished" views, it looks like a perfectly good ranch was leveled.

Probably worth a lot more as luxury mansions like those that surround it.

This used to Nancy Irsay's property, where she would hold large horse shows every year. I believe she sold this property to developers in recent years.
