This is likely the Noyes Courtyard House - hard to get a good view of the house but I believe it is the Courtyard House and I believe that makes it the second Noyes House in New Canaan.
If it is the Courtyard House then it is featured in "Tomorrow's Houses". No matter which Noyes House this location represents (Noyes House 1 was demolished), it is featured in "The Harvard Five in New Canaan" by "William D. Earls, AIA":

The Life Magazine photos linked to above may be of a Noyes designed house but they are not of either Noyes House 1 or Noyes House 2 / Courtyard House.

To correct my comment concerning the Life Magazine photos: some are of the Noyes House 2 while others are of different houses.
