The Osbournes had indeed lived in this house during the 4 season run of "The Osbournes"
However the show had not been filmed on location. Filming took place in the studio where replica rooms had been made and provisioned for cameras, lighting mics and teleprompters when there was script material (MTV producers wrote lots of fill)
Very few scenes were filmed at their home. Filming full seasons 52 episodes per season would have been extremely difficult and be a living hell as the house is destroyed.
